StarDyne Ranks in the Top 25 Software Companies in Canada: Canada's Highest-Performing Tech Companies
April 2011 –StarDyne Technology’s 2010 performance has earned the company a spot on the Branham 300 list, for the 3rd consecutive year. An even greater accomplishment this year is being recognized as one of the top 25 software companies in Canada. The Branham 300 list is the most comprehensive and trusted source of information on the health of the Canadian Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry.
2010 brought cautious optimism and expected relief from the worst storm to hit the Canadian economy since the Great Depression. However, the reality is that Canada's ICT industry encountered many of the same challenges in 2010 as it did the previous two years.* Taking these challenges in stride, StarDyne was able to maintain our position at 114 of the top 250 technology companies.
StarDyne’s core values are the foundation of our Triple Bottom Line; Employee Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Satisfaction. This foundation is the force behind StarDyne’s success on the Branham300 year after year. Over the past 4 years StarDyne’s Employee Satisfaction has averaged 94%, Customer Satisfaction is high with Customer retention at 98% and StarDyne’s Financial Satisfaction is driven by both of these successes. StarDyne is expecting to achieve revenues of $40MM this year and has realized a compounded annual growth rate of over 30% since StarDyne was founded. This March StarDyne celebrated its 10 year anniversary. In 2001, StarDyne made its first acquisition, with 26 employees and approximately 70 customers.
