Vadim Software | Vadim Steps In To Replace Other Software Provider

Wednesday, June 6, 2012

June 6, 2012

A year after selecting a different software provider over Vadim, the Region of Waterloo realized the other solution wasn’t a good fit and contacted Vadim to step in.

Mirela Oltean, Financial Analyst, Treasury Services at the Region says, “The other provider wasn’t meeting our needs.”

“Rarely does it happen that an organization releases an RFP, is unhappy with the vendor selected and then ends up going with a different vendor,” says Anthony Fleming, Regional Account Manager for Vadim Software. “We’re glad they made the right choice.”

The Region chose Vadim based on several factors; great software and level of service, other municipalities in the area like the product, and an affordable price tag.

Mirela comments, “The product is amazing and my staff and I truly enjoy the reporting capabilities, the logicality of the application and its user friendliness.  But most off all, we enjoy the quality of service we receive from the Vadim team.”

Vadim has a combined total of 270 clients using either the iCity or WinFin products. Of the 207 iCity clients, 87 are in the province of Ontario.

The Region of Waterloo purchased iCity Utility Billing, Cash Receipting and VadimVIEW Report Writer.
